The 5-14 curriculum is the core of our mathematics programme with pupils using Heinemann Maths, Interactive Mental Maths programmes and Maths in Action at level E, with other selected tests to ensure that our pupils receive a balanced programme which includes computation, shape, measurement, pictorial representation, problem solving and practical maths. From P1-P7, classes are set for maths, with both classes at each stage coming together to be divided into appropriate ability groups, to make the best use of staff and resources.
