Aims of Glenwood Nursery School We aim to create a safe, healthy, caring and achieving environment for all children. We educate the whole child by making provision for learning, based on the knowledge and understanding of all aspects of child development supported by appropriate resources. Provision will enable every child to be an active learner and will challenge and consolidate every child's progress. We aim to maintain an environment which will promote equality and help every child benefit from education. We will work with others to teach children respect and the duties and responsibilities of citizenship. We aim to develop within each child positive attitudes. Attitudes of respect for self, other people, other peoples needs and opinions, respect for property and the environment. We aim to develop good relationships within our community.
