A belated welcome back to the school session, and
apologies for the delay in updating the website - we've been having
difficulty accessing the site to edit it.

Our P7 children recently visited the Safety in the Park
experiential learning event in Barrhead. They learned about various
aspects of safety in all walks of life and we're grateful to the Magic
Wand organisation for arranging the event.

We're had the first visit of the M&M Theatre Group,
who performed Charlotte's Web for all of the children in the
school.

The P6 cooking club us now up and running, meeting after
school every Monday.

Our P5 and 6 children visited the theatre on 22nd September
to see A History of Scotland.

A Go Greener award was presented to the school
in September. This award is in recognition of the work of everyone in the
school towards making Netherlee an environmentally friendly place.

There will be a meeting of P1 parents on the evenings of
Tuesday 15th September and Tuesday 22nd September. These will be about
English Language and Mathematics.

Our P7 children visited the theatre on the 19th of
October to see Curse of the Dementer.
