Background Information

St. Cadoc’s is a co-educational Roman Catholic school covering stages Primary one to Primary seven. The present role is 584 divided into twenty two classes. The most modern methods and resources are used to provide a curriculum which meets the needs of each individual child. The school is of semi-open plan design, comprising seven teaching bases each one containing two classes with a shared open area. A three base extension completed in 1991 provides additional accommodation for up to ninety-nine pupils and our new extension houses four classrooms and a computer suite.

The operational capacity of the school is therefore 630 but the working capacity may vary according to the number of pupils at each stage.

The school building is available for evening community use.
