The faculty of Language and Communication, which combines the subject areas of Modern Languages and English, was established in 2003. The study of language, literature and culture is our common goal and there are many points of contact across these two core areas of the curriculum.
The faculty is engaged in assisting the school to achieve its aims and in doing so it shall:

  • Provide a balanced curriculum

  • Promote a climate of achievement through high expectation

  • Provide the highest standards of learning and teaching

  • Enhance language learning through a range of extra curricular activities

  • Promote Christian values

Provide varied and stimulating resources to enhance the learning experience of pupils.
