Our S3 ASDAN group have been enjoying a variety of activities led by Miss Hastie this session. The group decided to record their work using a wiki page. Although the site is still being developed, you can read about the groups involvement in linking projects with Malawi (including the recent Burns night exchange), raft building and some of the module activities they have been working towards. The site is built and managed by the students themselves. All the information can be found here http://stniniansasdan.wikispaces.com/

Mr. Stewart and the S1 football team are guided though the inner sanctum of Hampden Park, home of the Scottish national team and Queen's Park. The boys even had the opportunity of a training session at Lesser Hampden with a Queen's Park coach.
Credit to the boys for their good behaviour and enthusiasm. They were all a credit to St.Ninian's.
Many thanks to all the pupils, teachers and parents who took part in the Jubilee trip to Whithorn. It was a great day enjoyed by all. To view more photographs click here
This programme has been set up to provide support for pupils who are participating at a high level in a specific sport. There were approximately 60 pupils on the programme last year with a number of these pupils representing at National level. Any pupil, in any year group, currently participating at a high level in sport and not already on the programme should speak to Miss Carmichael in the PE department. Initial meetings will be held with pupils currently on the programme over the next couple of weeks.

The following pupils have been selected for St Ninian’s Tennis Team. All pupils must attend a meeting on Wednesday 8th September at 12.20pm in the Sports Hall. Thanks to everyone else for trying out. There will be a school tennis championships held in the summer term and I hope you will all enter.
