Care Commission Report 2008

Thornliebank Nursery Class is part of the school. It has a 40/40 capacity and provides a bright and stimulating environment to support the pre-5 curriculum.

The Nursery Class promotes learning through play and follows the 'National Guidelines 3-5 Curriculum' and uses 'The Child At the Centre' for self-evaluation.

The Nursery Class is inspected by the 'Care Commission' annually.

Children should be registered for a nursery place at 2 years old to request a 3 year old or pre-school place.

Further details can be found in the Nursery Handbook above.
