PERSONAL LEARNING PLANNING

Welcome to Personal Learning Planning in Thornliebank Primary School and Nursery Class.

Our Personal Learning Plans have been developed in partnership with all of the schools in the Woodfarm Cluster and will be used by every pupil in each establishment.

The pupils at each of the identified stages will work through each part of their plan with their class teacher, and a parent/carer if it is possible for them to attend.

If not, a copy of the target pages will be sent home for discussion and comment.

As each pupil completes a section, it is saved to the individual pupil’s personal folder in his or her class account in school.  These folders are password protected and cannot be viewed at home.

However, the Personal Plan itself can be viewed from this website and includes all the learning targets that the children will be setting.
